Find great recipes on the HCG diet to maintain your tastebuds concerned can be difficult.
The HCG diet plan is very restrictive with not only the amount of calories can consume in a day, but what they can do those types of food calories. In order to remain on the Protocol it is important to find savory recipes, so you don't get super bored with eating only chicken salad and daily for 40 days in a row.
HCG: chicken soup with vegetable
2 pounds of chicken breast cut into squares
Worcestershire sauce-sugar free fat free
1/2 garlic clove
One of the following: celery, leek, turnip greens, parsley, dill, coriander,
29 oz can crushed tomatoes
8 c chicken broth.
I chopped onion.
½ head cabbage
Pepper to taste
Boil for about 20 minutes

You can do a search for recipes of HCG and come up with some. What I found is that it is laborious, and search through all those recipes just made me want to eat. I found two amazing ebooks that are filled with more great recipes of HCG, including HCG soup recipes, shrimp HCG and many others.
It was really helpful to me not to go looking when I was hungry, but having the information and recipes that I need right there on my computer screen. Often times when we are hungry, we need to eat something that is healthy and the meal plan, or HCG right then we run the risk of ruin.
