You will need to wait for the fat in the broth to gather up and skim. Put in a couple of cups of water, a couple of ounces of raw egg, half a glass of sliced celery, chopped some carrot, green onions, minced fresh parsley pleasantly, noodles and chicken bouillon granules. You can also add pepper and a bay leaf for extra flavor. While all this is boiling over the next 20 minutes, remove the chicken bones and chop it up nice and refined. Add the broth until hot and serve it correctly.
