"A person cannot live by bread alone," says the Holy Scriptures. But it does not mention that a person can live from soup alone! Hearty vegetable soups, simple hot broth are easily digested and make us feel more full of other meals. In fact, when we use the soup as our main meal, we also cut calories and lose weight! Studies have found that the soup we slake and contributes to a sense of well-being.

Soups make us eat slower and feel fuller faster. When we eat slower, you eat less, and our bodies better absorb nutrients. Nutrients that may be lost in the kitchen are earned because we eat the broth.

Soups are great for the whole time and you can enjoy no matter what part of the country in which you live, or the climate. What better way to increase the supply of vegetable proteins, rather than making a pot of delicious and nutritious soup?

The water content in soup provides an incredible advantage. When hot, the vegetables are better digested and absorbed nourishing benefits. Vegetable soups break down cellulose and alter cellular structures of plants so that less of the body's enzymes are necessary for digestion.

What is a soup? Often more nutrients than if we ate raw vegetables. Antioxidants are much more readily absorbed when cooked in broth with respect to eat them raw.

Make soups is a great way to save money and reduce waste. Soups can be done using whatever vegetables are in season, less expensive and a healthier way of eating-and can be refrigerated or frozen for later meals.

It is also a great way to be sure to eat a variety of vegetables.
